Proper Use and dosage:

Internal use and immune diseases, 2 drops of 1 to 3 times per day in honey, or with olive oil under the tongue. Extemal:2-3 drops 2 times per day locally on the indication to be treated.

Blends Well With: Clary Sage, Black Spruce, Fir, Juniper, Myrrh, Lavender, Lavandin, Bergamot, Cypress, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Chamomile.
